By accessing and using Prommty (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Subscription and Billing

Pro Plan: Access to the Pro Library requires an active subscription. Payments are processed securely via Paddle.

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Access to Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds are generally not provided except where required by law.

3. Use of Content

The prompts provided on Prommty are designed to be used in third-party AI systems (e.g., Midjourney, OpenAI, Anthropic). We do not guarantee the output of any third-party AI system.

You are free to use the prompts for personal and commercial projects. However, you may not scrape, resell, or redistribute the prompts themselves as a competing library or dataset.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
