Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, navigate to your Dashboard → Settings → Subscription and click "Cancel Subscription".
Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew at the next billing cycle. You will retain full access to all Pro features and prompts until the end of your current paid billing period.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of downloadable/copyable digital content, we generally do not offer refunds once you have accessed or copied Pro prompts.
However, we want you to be satisfied. If you did not download or copy any Pro prompts and request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, we will issue a full refund. To request a refund, please email our support team at anlabs.dev@gmail.com with your account email and transaction ID.
3. Duplicate Billing or System Errors
If you were charged multiple times due to a payment gateway error or system glitch, please notify us immediately at anlabs.dev@gmail.com. We will review the transaction history and issue a full refund for any duplicate or erroneous charges.
